Paul brings both academic and real-world credentials to serve his clients. With extensive business experience, as a manager in the health care industry at the regional level, in the retail environment and as a business owner, he has successfully confronted an array of business challenges, growing both sales and bottom line results.

 

A graduate of Boston College with a degree in Economics, Paul received his Masters in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University.

 

For two decades he has leveraged this foundation of education and experience to bring growth and success to businesses, individuals and non-profits across the country. An accomplished facilitator, Paul is renowned for his ability to bring groups together, clarify direction and execute against goals. He has increased collaboration and performance in Fortune 1000 companies and privately held entrepreneurships in the telecommunications industry, construction, sports entertainment, banking, healthcare and countless others.

 

Paul has demonstrated his commitment to service through active community involvement. He has served on the Board of Governors of the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce, and is the former Chairman of the Small Business Chamber’s Board of Directors. He has also contributed his time and talent to the Historical Society of Central Florida, United Way, the Leukemia and Lymphoma society, and Junior Achievement. His passion for youth is evident as he is currently engaged in a youth leadership development program held in Ukraine each year.

 

 

John entered the consulting industry with 25 years of hands-on leadership experience in the petroleum industry. Working with Fortune 500 companies as well as family owned enterprises, John has been responsible for successful start-ups, acquisitions and restructuring efforts. Recognized as a skilled facilitator, he is a sought after consultant and coach. He has served as a change facilitator to a broad spectrum of organizations across numerous industries including: Associations; Municipalities; Communication; Entertainment; Energy; Manufacturing; Finance; Insurance; Banking; Professional Engineering; Architectural and Accounting Firms. A skilled public speaker, John has provided keynote addresses to a wide variety of audiences.

Actively involved in his community, he has served on the boards of several trade and service organizations including: Orlando Small Business Chamber; Local chapter of The American Cancer Society; Citizens Scholarship Foundation; School to Work Program; FARMEDIC; and others. He currently serves as the Chair for the Child Rescue Network Board of Directors. John holds a degree in Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology.
